Refund and Returns Policy
At Aylana, we strive to make your jewelry shopping experience delightful. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Only non-clearance and non-customized items are eligible for return.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, earrings and pierced jewelry are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging at care@aylana.in. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at care@aylana.in with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings or items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or personalized pieces
- Gift cards
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, wrong item), return shipping is free.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is borne by the customer.
