At Aylana, we strive to make your jewelry shopping experience delightful. If the fit isn’t perfect or the look isn’t quite what you expected or you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items sold under the clearance sale are NOT eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if we’ve missed the mark, we’ll make it right. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging at care@aylana.in.

  • Include order ID, clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging, and unboxing video (optional but recommended).
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund within 24 to 48 hours.

📌 Note: While an unboxing video is helpful for faster resolution, we may still review claims based on clear images.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at care@aylana.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and initiate a reverse pickup.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Clearance Sale or Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, wrong item), return shipping is free.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is borne by the customer.
